We provide Coaching in a variety of situations, all related to
facilitating connection, with self and with others, to support outcomes
that matter to you and taking everyone’s needs into account.
We
help individuals, couples, families, and people in organizations use
connecting communication to handle difficult situations. If you find
yourself in a conflict or challenging situation at work, in your
community, or in a personal relationship, and you would like support to
enhance your own capacity to work it out through communication, drawing
upon our support may help resolve the situation.
Working one on one, the scope of coaching ranges from:
- preparing
for one particular conversation (for example: giving hard-to-hear
feedback, addressing unwanted behavior, asking for what is important to
you)
- to resolving a broader issue requiring communication
skills (for example: developing capacity for effective communication
with a coworker or family member)
- to a longer term process of transforming how you relate to yourself and others.
Coaching
deals with current real life situations and also has a learning
component that leaves you better prepared for future challenges.
Coaching is different from psychotherapy, and is designed to help you,
as a client, improve your learning and performance, and enhance your
quality of life.
